Once an application is submitted, borrowers are assigned 1-2 dedicated funding advisors who maintain consistent communication via phone, email, and text. Initial contact is typically made within 24 hours, often on the same day. Automated email prompts guide borrowers through completing their applications, uploading documents, and more, keeping them engaged and ensuring timely progress.
